Bluehawk Consulting is seeking a Senior Contingent Workforce Manager to support one of the world’s largest online travel shopping companies for consumer and small business travel.
As a Senior Contingent Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and administration of contingent labor within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of contingent workforce trends, compliance regulations, vendor management, and program optimization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient utilization of contingent resources while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
The Senior Contingent Workforce Manager plays a crucial role in optimizing the utilization of contingent labor while ensuring compliance, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive the success of the contingent workforce program.
