Reporting directly to the VP Human Resources, Americas, the HR/Payroll Administrator provides support for ~800 employees in Smiths Detection Americas Region.
Serves an on-site point of contact for Edgewood (300) and Baltimore (20), Maryland employees. The role provides HR and Payroll support and assistance including new hire processing and on-boarding, transfers, termination processing, pay administration, employee communications and HRIS administration.
