Overview of Position

Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary advocate for customer accounts, guiding them along a path to success among our many touch-points, including but not limited to; website visits, Amazon purchasing customers, walk-ins, and calls. We’re looking for a driven team member who is interested in using their customer relationship, organization, and technical skills to help us achieve our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for each and every customer.

What are the requirements needed for this position?
– High School diploma. College preferred.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Understanding of the internet and ecommerce
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
– Bachelor’s degree
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to problem-solve and use your reasoning ability develop solutions
– Familiar with social media outlets
– Knowledge of ecommerce terminology
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
