Desired Skills and Experience *
-4+ years experience within ERP, EPM, HCM, or SCM applications (ideally Oracle)
– Experience rolling out software and helping customers through the implementation process.
-Experience reviewing project plans, governance structure, team composition and other project related artifacts to assess risk and provide best practice guidance
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-Proven track record of working across a matrixed organizational structure

-Extensive CSM experience with also Oracle App domain knowledge

Day-to-Day *
A SAAS customer excellence organization at large technology company is looking for a Remote Customer Success Manager to join a growing team. This person will be involved in the execution of functional/technical skills in one of the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and/or Supply Chain Management (SCM) applications. Functional knowledge of one of these areas is strongly recommended. This person will develop long-term partnerships with their designated customers to ensure they become and remain successful through realizing the full value of their investment. They will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by advising on product / implementation best practices, providing product adoption and release guidance while serving as a liaison between their customers and internal operations. They will also help to identify product expansion/up sell opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 – $127,000.00 per year
