Hi there! Right now we are looking for a customer service agent who wouldn`t mind collaborating with us on a long-term perspective. You`re the perfect candidate for us if you know how to:
- use Word, Excel and Email on a basic level
- interact with people effectively
- avoid conflicts and misunderstandings
We can offer you to start working under the following conditions:
- working from home in the USA
- with a renewable contract (it is also a permanent one)
- full-time or part-time
Here`s what you`re gonna do during your working hours: answering phone calls and texts from our clients, seeking solutions to client problems and writing reports about the work that’s been done by you.
