Burton Young MedSpa is seeking a Front desk and customer Relations for our beautiful location on Greenwich Avenue.

Our pay ranges from $ 17.00 per hour to $19.00 per hour depending on previous, relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Experience

• 1-3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant

• Extremely organized and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented

• Strong communication a must both verbal and written

• Microsoft, outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint, zoom, Facebook and CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
