A reputable and well-established dental consulting company is seeking a highly driven, goal-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Relations Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be a sharp, motivated, energetic, independent thinker and trustworthy individual who will support the Member Relations Manager in providing exceptional service to our clients. As a resourceful self-starter, you will exemplify the culture and values and represent those as you work directly with clients to provide individual support as they work through our program.
You will solve problems at a blink of an eye without needing supervision or direction. You have a high level of tech savvy, with innovative and creative approaches. You are excellent at execution but understand what it means to have fun!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Onboarding new members
Sending birthday and anniversary cards as well as gifts
Monthly updates on member status
Webinar updates/reminders
Member account reconciliation, adjustments and renewals
Updating and maintaining member files, progress and information
Checking in with inactive members
Providing accountability to members
Executing mass communication (email/text/message blasts)
Submitting and organizing CE for members
Organizing and executing shipping projects as needed
Manage member webinar schedule
Booking travel and lodging for team as needed
Responding to inquiries
Full Time
Monday-Friday In-Office
No Travel Required
