Role Reporting to Client Services Director
We are looking for an Account Supervisor for this award-winning, personalized patient support agency. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have significant experience in a medical communications agency working with pharmaceutical clients.

The Role You Will Play
Overall responsibility for managing the delivery of all work for assigned clients, on time and within budget, and leading financial management of the project, including budgets, cost estimates, invoices, and client requirements.
Takes a leadership role in managing the overall project execution.
Communicates requirements, timelines, issues, status, and progress to all project stakeholders (clients, internal and external suppliers involved in projects).
Proactively identifies and develops solutions for potential issues or opportunities with current client projects.
Ensures high-quality standards are maintained.
Identifies and brings in needed resources for successful project delivery. Oversees internal and supplier resources, including briefs, budgets, and deliverables.
Seeks opportunities to expand the scope of work within existing clients, proactively raising ideas within the Client Service and Business Development teams.
Proactively address issues or concerns in your projects to resolve them to the client’s satisfaction.
Manage direct reports.
Experience required
Must have agency experience within pharmaceutical marketing or similar
Digital or patient experience required
BA/BS Degree
Proficiency with one or more CRM systems, ideally in the health communication or healthcare integration sector is necessary
Strong preference for digital, tech, or HUB services experience

Salary: $43,716.67 – $75,000.00 per year
