Shift Information: Nights 7pm – 7am

Rate: * 59.5/Hr (No benefits/no housing)

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Overtime Type: By The Week

Overtime Starts After: 48

Overtime Rate: : * 59.5/Hr + *

Call Back Rate: * 59.5/Hr + *

Holiday Rate: * 59.5/Hr + *

On-Call Rate: * per hour pager

Responsibilities:

• Assessing the therapy needs of patients (and in collaboration with Nursing Services, assessing the nursing needs of patients), planning interventions, and evaluating outcomes of care.
• Provide direct care within their scope and practice and delegate/collaborate care with other disciplines and non-licensed staff as it relates to the outcome and care of the Orthopedic patient.
• Responsible for providing and/or coordinating educational activities for both staff and patients.
• Acts as a community liaison on behalf of the program and hospital.
• Directly involved in the marketing/promotion of services provided

Skills:

• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
• optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal, and collaborative skills along with customer service skills required.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies using a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
