Our Client located in Carol Stream, IL is looking for a Temp-to-Hire HR Generalist to join their team! 100% on site.

· Manages all employee relations initiatives including team member engagement and programs implementation.

· Provides counsel and guidance to all levels of management and employees to resolve a variety of employee relation issues.

· Investigates and responds to employee complaints filed and determine action to be taken.

· Administers all HR related systems including HRIS.

· Assists with open enrollment in addition to providing guidance and support on all benefit offerings.

· Maintains employee records and paperwork electronically within HRIS system.

· Develops, recommends, and implements HR policies, plans, and systems to meet company objectives.

· Manages the development of the safety and security programs by partnering with the Environmental Health Safety & Facilities Manager.

· Manages all aspects of the benefits and the health and wellness programs including onsite clinic, biometric screens, flu shot events and others.

· Administers FMLAand other leave of absences programs to ensure legalcompliance.

· Serves as a contact for all employee relation issues, comments or concerns.

· Extracts and prepares weekly, monthly,& YTD ad hoc reports to Leadership.

· Prepares, implements, and maintains all OSHA compliance plans and record keeping.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience- Manufacturing setting experience is a plus!

· HRIS experience is a plus; Paycom preferred.

· Detailed knowledge of OSHA, and other applicable industry requirements.

· PHR or SPHR Certificate (Preferred)
