Job Description:
The Office of Human Resources serves the Amherst College community by focusing its efforts on
the College’s most valuable asset, its employees.

Amherst is at the end of a period of dramatic transformation in which it pivoted from a primarily transactional function into a strategic
partner for the College. The initiative included a complete restructure of the HR office, adding new strategic-focused positions, and moving
transaction-focused positions into a newly created Shared Services function.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Compensation will be commensurate with experience with an anticipated hiring range of $110K-$120K
