Established insurance agency in Verona, WI in need of a Customer Service Representative who is great with people!!! Duties will involve day to day handling of Agency activities which include billing questions, policy changes, claims handling and other customer interactions. Some sales and marketing can be involved, if desired, with additional commission and bonus income possibilities. Must have computer skills and conversational skills.
If not already licensed in Property and Casualty, must be willing to get licensed relatively quickly.
