Accurate Placement Hiring for Customer Service Clerk Job at Phoenix, AZ Full Time

JOB SUMMARY: This is a temporary position to help in a high-volume, fast-paced environment by helping customers via phone and in-person, making appointments, scanning/uploading architectural and civic plans to send to customers.

Type: Temporary

Location: Downtown Phoenix

Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; M-F

Start Date: Immediately upon passing background

Duration: 6 months with possible extensions!

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Benefits: Available after eligibility period

DUTIES

• Assist customers via phone and at the in-person counter with questions on permits and plan review fees and status
• Make appointments for customers
• Enter plan information into the database system
• Locate scanned plans for dissemination
• Verifying project completeness for permit issuance
• Notify customers when plans are complete and of any fees due
• Guiding customers through online web portal and ProjectDox system
• Counter coverage for commercial projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer services skills
• Learn KIVA (proprietary system)
• Basic knowledge or Word and Excel
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• Accurate data entry skills
• BACKGROUND AND CREDIT CHECK REQUIRED!
