Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive Human Resources related support and services. The Human Resources Manager must maintain current knowledge of legal requirements, able to resolve complex Human Resources issues, analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, consultant to management and provides Human Resources guidance and support. Responsibilities will include recruitment, developing and implementing retention strategies, employee relations, WC and FMLA administration, new hire orientation, performance management, communication, and training as well as some administrative functions.
