ttg has been engaged by our Global American icon company to find their next Compensation Specialist.

Export Control:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22
C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Position Summary:
As a Compensation Specialist, You Will develop, maintain, and administer compensation programs, systems, and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to be creative and use out-of-the-box thinking to develop an effective process that will attract and retain talent in our client’s organization. You Will work closely with our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team on business processes and the Human Resource systems (success factor).
This will include opportunities to further develop and align our compensation strategies, management of company incentive programs and other areas as needed within our ATS to streamline and create efficiencies.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Administers the compensation programs for the Company including the maintenance of base salary ranges.
Maintains competitive salary structures and conducts on-going analysis to ensure overall
competitiveness and consistent approach to pay decisions for all levels across the organization.
Prepares analysis related to salary/bonus budgets, pay equity, etc.
Participates in annual compensation surveys and industry associations to stay abreast of market trends
and ensure compliance with regulations.
Conducts proactive competitive analysis and recommends program updates as necessary in line with
market trends and findings.
Conduct research/benchmarking to understand the effectiveness of pay practices and conduct analysis
to model costs and impact associated with pay practices.
Provides project support in the Company’s compensation review processes (annual
and quarterly compensation (merit, bonus, etc.) cycles).
Provides administrative support on total compensation and rewards communications, including annual
updates for all programs.
Assist with the process improvements and deployment of compensation processes, procedures,
guidelines, tools and schedule for the Annual Compensation Review (ACR).
Monitor metrics and Key Performance Indicators to evaluate the success of processes in meeting
Global Compensation objectives.
Provide internal consulting services as a subject matter expert on the Annual Compensation Review,
salary offers and job changes.
Consult and collaborate with other HR groups and managers to help educate and train HR and
Business leaders on compensation and pay matters.
As needed, identify requirements, obtain data, perform analysis and create presentations and business
cases that identify issues and solutions.
Manage projects and design related to paid time at work (e.g., overtime, shift premiums, allowances,
work schedules, telecommuting), paid time off (holidays, vacation, sick leave, Paid Time Off) and
leaves of absence.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, emphasis on spreadsheet management and analytics.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, verbal/written communication, project and time management
skills.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6-8 years of experience within Human Resources/Compensation
Knowledge of compensation laws
Strong background in excel
Strong analytical skills – ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings;
and make recommendations
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
Ability to operate and navigate in the gray
Experience developing clear and consistent communication for mass consumption
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Human Resources or related field of study (preferred)
Human Resources and/or Compensation Certification
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and back of house management – specifically
SuccessFactors and Workday
Global Compensation Experience
