The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of our HR Department. In our industry, HR spends a majority of it’s time onboarding caregivers and making sure all documentation is up to date so they can continue their employment. HR constantly monitors caregiver documents to make sure all Health Assessments, certificates, and other required documents are up to date.
This self-starting individual needs to understand the importance of completing tasks and staying organized, and providing valuable customer support to patients or caregivers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Checking relevant documents for validity
– Document all notes and documents in software based system
– Calling caregivers to request documents and/or resolve issues
– Report and document any incidents to Management
– Assist caregivers in scheduling appointments to complete outstanding documents
– Active and terminate caregivers as needed
– Follow guidelines and compliance implemented by Ideal Home Health
– Motivated to resolve and manage any tasks necessary to resolve matters related to the employment of caregivers
Qualifications
– Strong oral and written communication
– Ability to read, interpret and communicate basic math and data.
– Ability to read and write fluently in Spanish
– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
– Basic knowledge of using a computer
