Full Job Description
I am looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for me on multiple business that I own ranging home health care to property management & to running person errands as needed.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with scheduling meetings, scheduling property repairs, data entry skills, taking notes, sending and reply to e-mails and handling correspondence on behalf of myself. Must be good on the phone & have a high communication ability & attention to detail. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.
To ensure success as a personal assistant, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in a secretarial role.
Accomplished personal assistants are intuitive to the needs of the supervisor and work autonomously to provide customized administrative support & reliable.

We would also need assistance on days we hold local events. Your role in those instances would be helping with set up/take down and getting last minute items day of.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
