ARRI INC, world renowned distributor of Premier Professional Motion Picture Camera and Lighting equipment is looking for Customer Service Representative (CSR). We have 1 permanent, hybrid, non-management, role open right now in our Burbank, CA location. We have 100 plus years of skill, expertise, and drive behind our name and pride in our standing within the entertainment industry, we need a stellar CSR’s to support us.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to create an insanely great customer experience by helping people complete a sale and doing everything possible to keep them as happy customers!

You’re literally the voice of the brand, and a strong relationship between our clients and their customers starts with you and the rest of the ASR team. So only the awesome need apply!

These critical roles within our group will do the following:

• Connect with existing and potential customers and aim to turn every call into a sales opportunity
• Handles various incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls and emails
• Process quotes/sales orders & responding to customer technical questions and inquiries in a timely manner
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries in a professional, helpful manner
• Promotes and sells customer products and services by emphasizing product features based on customer’s needs
• Utilizes computer system to verify and document customer requests

We prefer an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. A minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a Customer Service environment preferably in a technical field, optimally in the world of Camera and Lighting equipment, proficiency in Microsoft 360 especially: Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams. Experience working in SAP, or a similar ERP platform strongly preferred.

The ability to communicate in a manner which exudes confidence, friendliness, and competence is necessary in this role.
