We are looking for enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest food and drink experience. Good servers will be able to serve fine food and drinks while exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. Compensation includes hourly pay and tips including staff meals and shift drink(s)

Responsibilities

• Serving of restaurant patrons in a fast-paced, high-casual environment
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a server
• Excellent knowledge of fast, casual serving requirements
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep your service section clean and organized
