HS Diploma or equivalent

• Professional appearance

• Strong desire to succeed

• Articulate and courteous when dealing with customers

• Ability to type a minimum of 60 wpm with high accuracy

• Can’t help yourself, you must do the right thing even when no one is looking

• Possess excellent customer service skills

• Working knowledge of MS software programs to include WORD, EXCEL, etc.

Responsibilities Included:

Answering and routing all incoming calls from customers and store personnel

Provide exceptional customer service

Greeting and interacting with customers

Process customer payments

Schedule customer deliveries & pickups

Various administrative functions

Keep front reception area clean and organized

As a condition of employment you will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen test as well as a criminal background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
