We, Quantum-Systems, are a young company that specializes in developing vertical take-off aircraft drones. As an internationally active company with over 120+ employees, we design all relevant system groups such as the aircraft, autopilot, sensor integration and planning software in-house.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) based in North America either at our office in LA or remote.
The custom success manager is part of the customer success team, which enables sales by winning the technical validation process, onboards clients into the Quantum-Systems world rapidly and ensures their success by providing guidance and support.The customer success manager we are looking for is passionate about the success of our customers. A successful candidate leads and drives all aspects of implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our customers. She/he will manage clients and vendors relationships throughout the aftersales processes in North-and Latin America. This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and will work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales functions to deliver industry leading autonomous solutions that drive value to our customers.
