Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Project Manager – IT.
In this role, the successful candidate will work as a dedicated Associated IT Project Manager for HJD/Bellevue and VA hospital centers
Responsible for providing project planning, oversight and management for the MCIT portion of select facility projects, with accountability for IT budget preparation, results and project outcomes. Works closely with MCIT CT PMs and Sr. PMs, as well and Project Coordinators and Move Coordinators to help meet project/business goals and objectives. Project responsibility includes all IT applications and infrastructure required for the operation of the facility. Collaboratively ensures that MCIT standards are identified and achieved in the construction process for new sites and for areas under renovation. Collaboratively works with RED&F and business operations to define requirements and required delivery dates. Coordinates the integration and usability testing for applications and infrastructure with all disciplines.
Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Minimum Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field preferred with 2-5 years of project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of healthcare applications such as electronic medical records, computerized physician order entry, PACs, Telecommunications and Call Center design/management/operations. Knowledge and experience supporting Voice over IP a plus. ITIL certification. PMP certification. Epic, Eclipsys, PeopleSoft experience. Academic Medical Center experience.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $73,764.60 – $100,009.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
