Customer Service and Sales Associate – Uncapped Bonuses.

As the Customer Service Representative (“CSR”) you will be the BRAND of the company. Responsible for providing prompt exceptional friendly service either in person or by telephone.

This is a cash-only medical practice. Patients pay 100% out-of-pocket for their care. They expect the best!

Your job will be a blend of sales and front office. Only for people who want to enjoy their work and engage in the purpose of helping people. There are some jobs that give purpose and fulfillment. This is one of those jobs.

Past history of working with patients is a plus.

Who am I looking for?

• Sales/Customer Service experience is a big plus.

Essential Functions of the job (we train for all skills):

• Apply sales skills during inbound/outbound phone calls when making appointments for new prospective patients.
• Managing physician’s workflow.
• Patient control and management.
• Back Office patient interaction

• Closing financial transactions.
• Upselling and Cross Selling
