Datasensing (a Datalogic group company) is looking for a Customer Administration Specialist, able to effectively deal with customers and manage autonomously all the related activities:
· Build and maintain customer information into SAP e.g. customer set-ups (e.g. Master Data, Pricing profiles, etc.) by following the related procedures.
· Provide first level response to customer in timely manner ensuring that customer requests are directed to the appropriate internal resource.
· Manage customer portfolio: update sales order, schedule management, delivery creation and provide shipment instruction in cooperation with Shipping Dept.
· Enter orders in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable contract.
· Manage credit notes, returns, DOA, loans, demo, etc. in accordance with the related procedures.
· Manage new customers creation in the system.
· Create and manage milestone billing.
· Collaborating with Finance in order to properly manage credit limits/blocks.
· Collaborating with Sales team for reporting customer issues (overdue, postponed delivery) or requests.
· Follow-up carefully Top relevant customers by communicating regularly with them (on a call better than email) and reporting to TAM.
· Creating a good relationship with customers.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
LANGUAGES: English.
EXPERIENCES: Previous experience in Customer Service in a complex and international company is preferable.
SPECIFIC KNWOLEDGE AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY:
· Confidence in interacting in an international environment with good interpersonal skills is mandatory.
· Problem solving attitude, execution precision and English language skills (speaking proficiency, reading and writing) are also considered mandatory.
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Main Outlook, Excel).
· Solid Using PC both for managing support cases through MS Dynamics and using our ERP system (SAP).
OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
· SAP (PRD Module) Knowledge and Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge – nice to have.
· Adapting to change, demonstrating tenacity and perseverance, learning quickly.
