ABOUT THE POSITION: We are searching for a collaborative, customer-focused team member with computer and interpersonal skills to process incoming customer orders and answer calls/emails related to our product details within our PrideSports division of Gathr Outdoors. This team member will also contribute to increasing our customers’ overall experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive phone calls from customers who are placing orders
• Make return phone calls to customers when questions arise regarding orders
• Data and information entry for direct and newly acquired accounts
• Updating spreadsheets and reports with customer information
• Printing of customer orders to be entered into our database
• Reporting to managers with detailed information required

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
• Excellent typing skills & data entry accuracy required
• Proficient in using technology, Microsoft 365 strongly preferred

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED required

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Works in manufacturing & office environments. The noise level in the facility is usually moderate.
