Human Resources Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator will lead all HR administrative duties and responsibilities for the client. They will support the day-to-day employee life cycle transactions such as: Leave of absence management, onboarding, worker’s compensation, talent management, HRIS accuracy of information and reporting, and compliance with all state and federal laws. The HR Coordinator will partner closely with HR Managers and plant leadership to drive culture transformation and support growth initiatives. Whenever possible, the HR Coordinator will lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR activities.

Location: Elgin, IL (On Site)

Job Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities.
Strong attention to detail, follow through and problem solving.
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with all levels across the organization.
Ability to use good judgement and discretion with high confidential employee and business information.
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
