Duties:
Update Spreadsheets on Excel and Enter Data
Answer Telephone, Forward Calls, and Screen clients for Services
Assist warehouse team with needs
Must be able to use internal software to track orders
Perform client audits
Ship client orders per customer specifications for previously picked products
Perform all additional duties as required
Requirements:
Must be able to perform day to day office duties such as typing, scanning, record keeping, and speak with clients.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Multi tasking is a must.
Excellent Communication, organizational skills, and time management
Must have excellent attendance
Able to work in a fast paced environment individually, or as a team
Pay rate: $19-25hr
Shifts: Mon-Fri
Start Time: 7:30 AM and 04:30PM
