We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Consultant – Care Delivery within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The National Health Transformation Team is part of Aon’s Human Capital US practice. We are looking for a consultant with a desire and ability to create and support overall population health solutions for employers! The Care Delivery team consists of health delivery strategists with deep delivery system, health plan, employer coalition and clinical experience delivering innovative, value-based solutions that improve access, affordability and employee experience.
This is a virtual/hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of our US offices.

What the day will look like
The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve for their clinical and delivery system needs. We serve as subject matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients and collaborating internally across Aon’s business units to improve health, affordability, access, employee experience, safety and productivity.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
This role will serve as a clinical subject matter expert in the area of population health and care delivery consulting providing support to Aon’s Health Solutions consultants in the servicing of existing clients and prospects, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing industry thought leadership:
- Support the development, drive, and execution of firm wide care delivery through delivery system innovation, value-based solutions, employee experience, and population health consulting work
- Assist with benchmarking, vendor connections, and industry research
- Educate colleagues on Health Transformation thought leadership, market trends and client projects
- Act as project support on client projects including data analysis, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement and engagement/communication approach
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify thought leadership and project development needs in delivery system quality and cost
- Assist in the delivery of client work and creating and preparing client presentations (PowerPoint design work)
- Perform project management
Required:
- 3-5 years of related experience with health and benefits and/or wellness required
- Exposure to data analytics and measurement work
- Consulting experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specific experience with PowerPoint and Excel
Education:
- Bachelors degree in health-related field with strong finance or economics; Master’s degree preferred.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 – $90,000,00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
