Job Summary:
The Manager North America Retirement Benefits is responsible for the administration, and support of Ecolab’s North America retirement (Canada, Puerto Rico, United States of America) benefits. Primary focus is providing support and security of retirement programs to Ecolab’s approximately 20,000 associates in North America. Responsibilities include the management of vendors, internal stakeholder relationships, analysis of data relating to Ecolab plans, benefit systems support and administration, support of corporate financial and Treasury functions related to retirement plans, and regulatory compliance.
