Reporting to the Dean, Frank G. Zarb School of Business, the Assistant Dean for Student Engagement is expected to utilize the resources of the School and the University to enhance the student experience and nurture continued community engagement. Working closely with the Dean’s office team, department chairs, and faculty, the Assistant Dean for Student Engagement is expected to lead retention initiatives and deepen engagement across all stakeholders to enrich the community at Zarb.
