CARE is an international NGO with local staff and community partners in 100 countries. As a Strategic Recruitment Intern with a focus on Data Management, your role involves supporting the recruitment team by organizing and maintaining recruitment data, ensuring data privacy and security. Your contributions will improve data accessibility and accuracy, leading to more efficient recruitment processes. The internship offers the opportunity to learn about international strategic recruitment processes and systems, with the potential to provide future surge recruitment support.
As a Strategic Recruitment’s Data Management Intern, your deliverables include organized recruitment data, data analysis reports, and data visualizations to aid decision-making. You’ll also produce documentation on database management, data privacy protocols, and project reports, demonstrating your contribution to the team and improving data processes. Presentation materials may be prepared to showcase findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
