General Summary:
GENERAL SUMMARY:
The role will partner closely with Engineering executives to advance people strategies and solutions aligned with short and long-term goals within Qualcomm. As the HR Business Partner (HRBP), they will work effectively across a highly matrixed environment, engaging and aligning with business leaders, HRBPs, HR Communities of Practice (HRCP), and People Solutions and Services to identify gaps and opportunities, and together develop the go-forward organizational and talent strategy. The incumbent will need to lead with a customer focus, while demonstrating leadership agility and vitality across our matrixed and global footprint.

Pay range:
$160,500.00 – $240,500.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
