Cheba Hut Franchising, Inc. (CHF) is a private, core-values driven company based in Fort Collins, CO. CHF is the franchise support company for Cheba Hut “Toasted” Subs, the OG marijuana-themed sub shop that fills bellies with dank food and communities with chill vibes. CHF’s aim is to keep our company small as we continue to grow our franchise operations that currently support 51 locations in 15 states.
CHF is looking for a dynamic and brand-aligned HQ Trainer to join our squad in Fort Collins. The HQ Trainer role is a key member of Cheba Hut’s operations team, and is accountable for supporting shop operations in various markets. This is not a remote position (outside of the regular travel required), and the successful candidate will need to reliably commute to our HQ in Fort Collins on a daily basis.
The HQ Trainer role has a wide variety of responsibilities, including new store opening leadership, field evaluations, hiring and administrative functions, facilities maintenance, ongoing team training and development, training class facilitation, product/procedure rollouts, and assisting with program development. The HQ Trainer will also be responsible for assisting with training needs at the HQ-operated training shop, including strategically directing and supervising the crew and overall shop operations to ensure food quality and safety standards, genuine interactions with our fans, shop cleanliness, and ongoing coaching.

The HQ Trainer is a regular, full-time position reporting to the Manager of Training Operations. This position requires regular, frequent travel. The work hours for this position are Monday-Friday, and weekends may also be required as needed.
