Job Tile: IT Technician
Reports to: IT Director
Travel: Yes (0-80%) Central/South Texas via company vehicle w/fleet gas card
Hours: Monday – Friday, occasionally Saturdays (company phone issued)
Summary
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, network, hardware, or software. Responds to calls and remotely diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently minimizing business downtime, driving to location when fixing remotely is not possible. Assisting in supporting of additional hardware such as phones, cameras, timeclocks and batching system.
