Kelly Hiring for Temporary Recruiter Job at Crookston, MN Full Time

Kelly is now hiring for a temporary Recruiter to work at one of our premier clients in Crookston, MN. This temporary position will help their HR team recruit and onboard employees during a large ramp in their production staffing. The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly, responsible and possess a high level of professionalism. The pay range for this temporary position is $25-28/hour depending on skill, education, and experience.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday – Friday,
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay: $25.00 to $28.00/hr (depending on experience.)
• Potential to be hybrid

Responsibility includes:

• Responsible for scheduling internal and external candidate interviews for recruiters.
• Manages calendars and availability of recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and their interview teams.
• Sends thorough candidate information to production supervisors for review
• Handles reschedules and cancellations from recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and their interview teams.
• Schedules interviews debrief sessions for hiring managers and recruiters (as appropriate).
• Utilizes Talent Acquisition electronic scheduling tool and Outlook calendaring.
• Participates in onboarding, as well as new hire orientation

Education/Skills/Experience:

• Associate’s Degree om Human Resources (or related field) OR High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 3+ years experience directly related to Recruiting
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Experience in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies
• Knowledge of the complete recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing and closing a plus.
