About the role

As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our success as a team and a company by contributing to our data work that powers our product suites. You will be a key player, through both independent and intra-team contributions, to ensure data accuracy. You will own the projects, processes and procedures that help to orchestrate new business, our migrations, conversions, and ongoing data-related updates. Working with both our customer-facing and technical teams, you will act as a liaison between us, the vendors we work with, and our customers, deploying new and supporting existing systems.

• Manage and maintain MLS data migration conversions

• Manage databases, incorporating update and cleanups, and building proficiency of requirements to serve as a compliance resource

• Lead research, improvement, and implementation of processes to resolve escalations and improve quality for customers (Real Estate agents)

• Innovate querying and reporting functions to meet turnaround times and RESO compliance

• Identify and create business solutions to help optimize customer experience

• Partner closely with the business that includes project management, operations, and sales to define end-to-end requirements and bring features to life

• Lead the programs end-to-end and define, track, and communicate metrics that help us understand how well they are meeting objectives.

• Maintain and report on project status, identify risks and gaps, and seek opportunities to optimize timely delivery of projects

• Engage leadership effectively when needed and find a path forward in difficult situations

• Make trade-offs between short-term needs vs. long-term needs

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $83,200.00 – $132,800.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in software program management

• Familiarity with current web and mobile development technologies, distributed architecture, and agile development methodology

• Preferred experience in Real Estate and with RESO data delivery systems

• Outstanding strategy chops, strong analytical skills, and robust project management capabilities.

• First-rate intuition for Real Estate needs as this role sits at the intersection of our customer (real estate agents) and professional offerings.

• Experience working cross-functionally to launch and operate a program of work that is critical to the success of the business.

• An ownership mentality, comfort charting a new course, confidence in the face of ambiguity, and a bias toward action

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
