Job Summary: The position is responsible for providing technical assistance to employees at various locations, both remotely and on-site. Areas of work include on-site maintenance, troubleshooting computer hardware, peripherals, and software applications. In addition, the position will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain network hardware, wireless solutions, video surveillance systems, user accounts, email and software systems.
