Pay

• USD 18.00- USD 22.00/ hour depending on the experience

Work Schedule

• Monday – Thursday at 7:00 am– 5:00 pm
• Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
The Career Development Administrator develops programs by which employees are aware of achievements that need to be made to advance within Premier Service Company, Inc. class system, performance management, and professional development. This position also oversees the development of the apprenticeship classes, students, invoicing, supply ordering, tuition assistance, attendance, and invoicing for Skill Trades of West Alabama. Below are the essential duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Ensure that employees are correctly categorized based on achievements, certifications, and years of service.
• Ability to monitor compensation levels for accuracy in accordance with the Premier Service Company class system.
• Schedule training dates and times in a timely manner as required by trainers.
• Track completed training as well as training needed for each employee.
• Provide evaluation times and raise reviews to upper management.
• Enroll students in apprenticeship classes.
• Monitor student attendance and absenteeism.
• Assist with invoicing of participating contractors.
• Ensure each student is paying tuition.
• Order all books and supplies for each class.
• Ensure each instructor is equipped with lesson plans for each class.
• Coordinates with and maintains records to meet the requirements for the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA), Alabama Office of Apprenticeship (RAPIDS) and other related funding and grant processes for students and employers.
• Manage and maintain of website and social media sites.
• Manage the Bamboo HRIS database.
• Create purchase orders.
• Assist in identifying potential new hires.
• Assist in the vetting process (interviews)
• Assist in Conducting the onboarding process. Develop New Hire FileAdministering Drug Screen

Background Check
New Hire Checklist-PPE, T-shirts, Phones, etc.

• Manage Recruiting Reward Program
• Assist with benefits for current employees as well as new employees.
• Assist in the development of job descriptions
• Assist in the development/revision of company rules, regulations, policies, etc.

Job requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma
• 3 Years of familiarity in Home Services Trades Preferred (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc)
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Efficient Data Entry experience
• Proficient in computer software and operation including Microsoft Office products specifically Excel.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and assignments with time constraints.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Reflect attendance dependability.
• Ability to work effectively in the office
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
