Growing Gourmet Food Manufacturer looking for a hardworking, organized, multi-tasker for an administrative assistant. This is an hourly full time position. Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Excellent communication skills a must along with experience in MS Office & Outlook. Experience with MAS 90 preferred.
Responsibilities will include: Respond to internal & external inquiries via email & phone; manage customer order entries; manage & update customer accounts; provide customers with product & order knowledge; update customer database; perform general administrative tasks.
