The Supervisor of Human Resources reports to the Plant HR Manager. You must have a strong human resources background in a manufacturing union environment. You need a 4 year college degree and a minimum of 5 to 10 years hands on experience as a strong human resources generalist. Experience with benefits, staffing, leaves of absence, benefits, compensation, employee relations again working experience in a unionized plant. Local candidates. First shift assignment. No sponsorships.
