Summary: The Human Resources (HR) and Billing Administrator is responsible for managing the billing process and financial records for clients and vendors at Blue Ridge, by generating invoices, collections, and processing payments. This role ensures that all billing-related data is properly organized and stored, which includes creating databases and spreadsheets to track customer information, invoice details, and payment histories. The HR and Billing Administrator creates and maintains student records, including insurance information, medical history, and billing details. This role will maintain accounting records by updating financial records and generating reports for management review. This role oversees all administrative tasks related to Human Resource. The HR and Billing Administrator handles the consistent record-updating and documentation of the human resources for the organization and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries.
