Wonder Porcelain, an American porcelain tile manufacturer based in Lebanon, Tennessee, was founded in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of one of the largest and most successful tile companies in the world.
Comprised of a team of tile veterans, company leaders came together from organizations across the tile industry, to implement new processes and strategies and create the vision for manufacturing, marketing, and promoting tile that is the foundation of today’s Wonder Porcelain.

The Job:
The account manager role is to continue to build existing relationships with our distributors by providing sales support, marketing materials, technical expertise, sales leads, product knowledge, and problem-solving commercial projects. The account manager must be able to work strategically with customers to uncover new sales opportunities.
A critical part of the role is to up-sell, using company selling techniques to improve our position within the distributor’s product portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Develop/Qualify and create new inbound leads opportunities within the existing accounts to secure new opportunities.
· Execute sales strategy using various sales techniques to grow market share within the distribution
Account
· Build a sales pipeline through email, video conference, social media, phone, and marketing.
· Update customer sales data and reporting, marketing and order processing through company software and CRM.
· Work directly with sales management to ensure that all accounts are properly managed.
· Update the ERP regularly.
· Focus on customer centric messaging.
· Sales forecasting
· Create sales strategies for each account to leverage all sales opportunities.
· Proficient in the use of all social media platforms to customize sales communications.
· Establish and maintain distribution / sales relationship.
· Account manager must be well organized.
· Account manager must be able to communicate effectively.
· Account manager must be a team player.
· Account manager KPI will include but not limited to:
> Maintaining a sales pipeline
> Maintaining a sales contact log per day, week, month of sales activity and update CRM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
