Job Description
The HR and Program Assistant performs essential human resources and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role will work with our Coordinated Access Team to provide support in administrative areas and with the HR Generalist and Operations Team to assist with essential HR and operational functions. This person should be exceptionally detail oriented and exhibit initiative, dependability, agility, collaboration, and sound judgement.

Additional Information
Salary & Benefits: $55,000 annual, Full-Time, 40 hours/week. Exempt. Excellent benefits include fully paid medical coverage, vision and dental for employees and generous coverage for spouses, partners and dependents. Paid time off and monthly stipend for internet provided.
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to employment. As a public health non-profit that receives funding from several state agencies, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. If hired, you will be required to submit proof of vaccination. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
Work Location: This position is a hybrid work arrangement. Some job responsibilities must be performed in the office and some may be performed at home. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our employees. This position will have an office, and currently our office is only available to those who are fully vaccinated and masks will continue to be required except in private workspaces.
