Purpose for the Position:
Vice President of People & Culture is responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the organization’s Human Resources Department at the corporate office and all above property teams as well as at all hotels throughout the country. Vice President of People & Culture provides consultation and analytical reporting to management on strategic plans under their supervision.
This individual is responsible for all aspects of company culture and will introduce and implement innovative HR programs from concept through delivery that will influence every aspect of the associate life cycle.
Essential Organizational Development Responsibilities:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
· Must have at least 5 to 10years of experience managing an entire Human Resources Department that has multiple sites (and multiple Human Resources professionals);
· Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience in developing and implementing a state-of-the-art recruiting program
· Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience conduct workplace investigations (which includes writing comprehensive reports regarding the same);
· Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience giving training presentations to above property and on-site personnel
· Must have at least 5 to 10 years of experience maintaining and implementing policies that maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws
· Professional demeanor and the ability to handle time sensitive assignments
· Must know how to prioritize and stay organized while multi-tasking
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are necessary
· Familiarity with payroll software
