About the Role: Senior Associate, People Operations
The WeWork People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our team provides consistent service and support across people process, operations, and program management. Our global team is both a strategic partner and hands-on team focused on gathering business requirements, optimizing, and implementing people processes as we launch or enhance some of the most complex operations around the world.
Responsibilities
People Operations:
Provide day to day People Operations support in our case management tool including troubleshooting tier 1 issues such as Employment Verification Letters, Help Desk Call Center, standard documentation drafting, Personnel filing
Partner with HR Business Partners, Managers and Employees to provide broad HR Operational support as needed
Perform operational duties required to keep processes running consistently through various technologies such as (Salesforce, DocuSign, WorkDay, etc.)
Gain an understanding of how the business operates and apply that knowledge to all aspects of people-related strategy, programs, and practices; lead with the business
Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular maintenance and system audits
Support development of standard reporting and ad hoc report requests
Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and remedy system issues
Participate in ad-hoc requests for People Team as needed including but not limited to analysis, auditing, project management, administrative tasks, etc
New Hire Pre Day 1 & Day 1 global coordination weekly
Manage the send of Google calendar invites to facilitators and new hires for Day One Onboarding Sessions
Setting up regional new hire cohorts
Track attendance of participants in orientation sessions as well as allocated trainings and escalate accordingly
US I-9 documentation collection, scanning & tracking
Manage the send of onboarding surveys and share results accordingly with People team leaders
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $53,600 – $71,500 USD
Incentive Compensation: WeWork employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan specific to their role. Your recruiter will detail what incentive plan is applicable to this specific role. WeWork incentive plans are subject to the terms of the applicable incentive compensation plan, which will be made available to you after commencing employment. WeWork reserves the right to amend its incentive plans, and nothing in this job requisition or any other document creates a right to a specific incentive plan payment.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits (subject to the terms of applicable plans/policies/agreements, which will be made available to you after commencing employment), including 20 days of PTO, approximately 10 paid holidays, 80 hours of paid sick leave, 16 weeks paid parental leave, competitive healthcare benefits, 401K plan, Life & AD&D insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
0-2 years of Workday HCM experience required
1-3 years of general HR Operations, People Operations experience
Proven ability to diagnose problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative
Solid Excel skills that show proficiency in pivot tables, v-lookups and charts.
Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance; work independently or within teams, and meet deadlines
Genuine excitement and passion for leading root cause analysis, troubleshooting technical process failures, and implementing fixes to operationalize a process
Experience in improving and identifying issues in processes, suggesting user focused improvements, and navigating/influencing cross-functional teams to drive these changes
Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management
A welcoming and helpful attitude with high level of creativity, flexibility and openness to change
