About the
Position
This position resides in the Office of Admissions, Enrollment Management Unit, and the Enrollment & Student
Services Division at Western Washington University.
This position resides in the IT Systems team of the Office of Admissions and
reports to the Assistant Director of Admissions and Information Systems, who reports to the Director of Admissions. This position is
responsible for supporting and developing critical University IT systems within the Admissions Office that support 30+ permanent exempt and
classified Admissions staff as well as staff in outside offices, including Outreach and Continuing Education, New Student Services and
Family Outreach, Honors College, College in the High School, International Student & Scholars Services and various departments within
the division and university’s academic departments. This position is specifically responsible for managing the systems and data
related to the University’s recruitment objectives, including prospective students, applicants (direct apply and third-party
applicants), admitted students and families, new student scholarships, and new student onboarding.
This position is responsible for
the administration of the University’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and Admissions-related modules in the
University’s Student Information System (SIS), including system development, system modification, and system security and compliance
of University standards of confidentiality and data security.
This position has primary responsibility for establishing and improving
application data management within the CRM and SIS, which requires translating business needs to technical requirements that are then
programmed into the systems, tested, revised, and put into production for users. This position is also responsible to troubleshoot errors in
CRM and SIS data, often requiring programming modifications to the systems. This position generates data for reporting requirements as
requested.

Salary $6,740 – $9,064/month depending on qualifications and experience
