As the Head of Book of Work and Portfolio Management Office you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and governance of all projects and programs within our organization. You will play a critical role in aligning our projects with our strategic objectives, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
This role will help regional and product business leaders make informed decisions about which investments to pursue, continue, modify, or terminate based on their alignment with the organization’s overall strategy, risk considerations, resource availability, and expected value. It involves assessing the performance, cost, and risks associated with each component of the portfolio, as well as considering factors like business value, return on investment, and potential synergies among different projects.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $192,980- $321,633 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align ,with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
