Position Summary:
The primary location of this position is on the main Cullowhee, NC campus.
The position functions as a sales associate to assist with on-line operations for textbooks as well as merchandise. Provides and maintains a high level of customer service, resolve customer problems and develop a rapport with faculty, staff, students and visitors to the campus, coordinate the online catalog sales which includes photo layout and maintenance, merchandising of merchandise on the point-of-sale system, supervision of daily work assignments with part-time and student workers, assist with the opening and closing of the Bookstore.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required for this Position:
Knowledge of and ability to maintain accurate records of merchandise received, inventoried and sold. Knowledge of and ability to maintain, verifies, and coordianates cash accounting records from a variey of sources.

High school diploma or equivalency.
