As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Human Resources team plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by obtaining leads to meet company objectives.

As a HR Business Partner at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by provide HR guidance to local management and help resolve complex employee engagement issues. You will report directly to our Director of Human Resources.

What You’ll Contribute

In this role, you can expect to:

• Object thorough and objective investigations
• Maintain a deep level of understanding legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employment to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance
• Provide guidance to front-line managers to help them coach, develop, and discipline their employees when necessary
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to local branches or facilities, especially when new policies are created, and need implemented at the local level
• Analyze termination data and track trends for long-term employee retention

What It Takes to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in HR
• Human Resources Certification preferred (SHRM or HRCI)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
