Position Summary
This role tracks metrics for high-priority quality and patient safety projects and initiatives at the level of Weill Cornell Medicine in order to improve the quality of care, raise patient satisfaction, lower the rate of medical error, and reduce the risk of liability.
Job Responsibilities
EducationExperience
Master’s Degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
5+ years of increasing levels of experience and responsibility in healthcare.
2+ years of experience with quality and performance improvement..
Ability to work with and effectively communicate with clinical staff and physicians.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient with Tableau, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
